§ 6-9 PURCHASES BY UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS.
   (A)   No person under the age of 21 years shall purchase, obtain, consume or bring into any premises licensed under this chapter any alcoholic liquor.
   (B)   No person shall misrepresent the age of a person under the age of 21 years for the purpose of inducing the sale of alcoholic liquor to such person.
   (C)   No person under the age of 21 years shall misrepresent his age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining alcoholic liquor in any place where alcoholic liquor is sold.
   (D)   Nothing contained in this section shall prohibit the purchase of alcoholic liquor by or for a person under 21 years under the authority of and pursuant to a prescription of a duly licensed physician.
