PARALLEL REFERENCES
§ 1-4 APPLICATION TO TERRITORIAL BOUNDARIES.
   All provisions of this Code are limited in application to the territorial boundaries of the municipal corporation and any territory over which the municipal corporation shall have legal jurisdiction.
