PARALLEL REFERENCES
SECTION 12.10. WARRANTS FOR ARREST.
   No warrant for any violation of this Charter or a city ordinance shall be issued without the approval of the City Attorney, unless security for costs in an amount approved by the Municipal Court be posted.
