The Municipal Judge is not prohibited by law to practice law. He should, therefore, give heed to and always bear in mind Cannon No. 31 of the Judicial Code of Ethics, adopted by the Michigan Supreme Court. Neither he nor the Associate Municipal Judge, nor any partner of the Municipal Judge, shall practice law in any manner inconsistent with Act No. 5, P.A., 1956, as amended.
