SECTION 6.2. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS – APPOINTMENT, TERMS, AND COMPENSATION.
   (A)   All administrative officers, except the City Attorney, shall be appointed by the City Manager, subject to the confirmation of the Council before any such appointment shall be final.
   (B)   The term of office of each such officer shall be indefinite. Officers appointed by the City Manager shall be subject to removal by the City Manager, upon approval of such action by the Council, and under the provisions of the retirement plan of the city.
   (C)   The compensation of administrative officers shall be set in each annual city budget.
