PARALLEL REFERENCES
SECTION 1.7. OFFICIAL PERFORMANCE.
   Whenever this Charter requires the performance of an act by an officer, the act may be performed by a deputy or by a subordinate, under the officer's supervision and direction, unless otherwise provided by law.
