§ 151.40 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MANAGER. The City Manager or his or her duly authorized representative.
   SIDEWALK. The portion of the street right-of-way designed for pedestrian travel.
