§ 112.02 CALLS TO CITY TELEPHONES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to permit or cause any such telephone system to call or connect to any city, listed or unlisted, telephone numbers other than those telephone numbers duly authorized, and designated by the City Manager and shown on the permit.
