§ 111.16 NUISANCE PER SE.
   A violation of this chapter is hereby declared to be a nuisance per se and any action and violation thereof may be immediately enjoined in the county’s Circuit Court. Enforcement of this section shall not preclude enforcement for violation of this chapter pursuant to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
