§ 95.48 NON-CITY FUEL SALES; FUELING THIRD-PARTY AIRCRAFT PROHIBITED.

The city is the exclusive and proprietary provider of retail aviation fuels at the airport. The sale of retail fuel by any person, including, but not limited to, a self-fueling operator, is prohibited. The fueling of third-party aircraft by any person, including, but not limited to, a self-fueling operator, is prohibited.
