(A) Consumption prohibited at all times. Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed or possessed in Veterans Park or cemeteries of the city.
(B) Hours of consumption limited. Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed in public places between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.
(C) Exemption for boats. Restrictions on alcohol shall not extend to privately owned vessels moored in the waters of the city or docked in the Charlevoix Marina.
