(A) (1) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties specified for a violation of the city code in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(2) Any building, structure or premises erected, used, occupied or maintained in violation of this chapter is hereby declared to be a nuisance per se. Upon application to any court of competent jurisdiction, the court may order the nuisance abated and/or the violation, or threatened violation, restrained and enjoined.

(B) Any person violating § 92.09 of this chapter shall, upon conviction therefor, be punished by a fine of not less than $25.
