Storm water and all other unpolluted drainage, including industrial cooling water, or air-conditioning water or uncontaminated industrial waste shall be discharged to sewers specifically designated as storm sewers, or to a natural outlet approved by the Superintendent, County Drain Commissioner, State Water Resources Commission and/or other interested governmental agencies. Industrial cooling water, unpolluted air-conditioning water or uncontaminated industrial waste may be discharged to a storm sewer or natural outlet upon approval of the Superintendent, and, where appropriate, upon approval of the county’s Drain Commissioner, or the appropriate agency of the state.
