(A) Private sewer systems. Where a public sanitary sewer is not available so that the provisions of § 53.02 of this chapter do not apply, the building sewer shall be connected to a private sewage disposal system which shall comply with all regulations of the county’s Health Department.

(B) Discontinuance of system. At such time as a public sewer becomes available to a property served by a private disposal system, a direct connection from sanitary facilities or plumbing shall be made to the public sewer in compliance with provisions of this chapter.
