§ 52.08 ACCURACY REQUIRED.
   A meter shall be considered accurate if, when tested it registers not to exceed 2% more to 2% less than the actual quantity of water passing through it. If a meter registers in excess of 2% more than the actual quantity of water passing through it, it shall be considered “fast” to that extent. If a meter registers in excess of 2% less than the actual quantity of water passing through it, it shall be considered “slow” to that extent.
