§ 32.108 REMOVAL FROM OFFICE.
   The City Council may remove a member of the Planning Commission for misfeasance, malfeasance or non-feasance in office upon written charges and after a public hearing. Failure to disclose a potential conflict of interest, as required by § 32.109(D) of this chapter, shall constitute malfeasance in office.
