§ 51.01 WATER RATES AND CHARGES.
   The “City of Charlestown, Indiana Municipal Waterworks Utility Schedule of Waterworks Rates and Charges” attached to the ordinance codified in this section is hereby adopted and approved as the new schedule of rates and charges to be billed to customers by the city’s municipal water utility.
