§ 155.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be liable for civil penalties to the CBPWS up to $2,500. Each day that the violation exists or continues shall be deemed a separate offense. Any such person, firm or corporation shall also reimburse the CBPWS for all attorneys' fee incurred in any enforcement action.
