§ 155.13 SUBMITTALS AND FEES.

   (A)   Plans shall be submitted 20 working days prior to the scheduled Drainage Board meeting. In addition to the plans, the design professional shall submit the following:

      (1)   Drainage plan review application;

      (2)   Drainage plan review checklist; and

      (3)   Detention analysis checklist.

   (B)   The forms listed in divisions (A)(1) through (A)(3) above can be found in the appendix of the ordinance codified in this section or can be picked up at City Hall.

   (C)   Drainage review fees shall be paid at the time of submission.
