§ 154.13 NOTIFICATIONS.
   (A)   The City Engineer and City Director of Streets shall be notified a minimum of four hours prior to starting all pavement repairs so that an inspector may observe the placement of the new patch material.
   (B)   Failure to notify the City Engineer or Director of Streets shall result in removal and replacement of such material with applicant responsible for the cost. Hours for this inspection shall occur during regular business hours.
