(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person or other legal entity that is found to have subdivided land in a manner inconsistent with the standards set out herein, or otherwise violated any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $500 for each violation. Each separate instance of noncompliance and each separate day a violation continues is considered a separate violation.
(C) Any person or entity that fails to comply with the requirements of § 153.28(H) of this code may be fined a minimum of at least $500 per violation and a maximum of $2,500 per violation. Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
