In order to properly put purchasers of lots in any subdivision abutting land zoned for agricultural use of that condition, a developer conveying land in such a subdivision shall have the grantee of the parcel acknowledge in writing that the surrounding land is agriculture in usage and subject to agricultural practices that may include grain handling operations, or use of manure, fertilizers or other agricultural chemicals, and that farming operations may include disruptive noises and light for 24 hours per day during the crop planting and harvesting seasons.
