(A) A person, business, corporation, limited liability company or other entity that fails to comply with any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $1,500 for each provision of this chapter that is violated. Fines shall be determined by the Building Commissioner or an inspector. Each day any violation continues to occur or exist is considered a separate violation. This penalty is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other penalty or penalties that might be imposed for violation of other applicable laws.
(B) To the extent other enforcement options are available to the city, including but not limited to equitable relief, injunction or mandamus, these shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, other penalties listed.
