§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   In addition to having a permit suspended or revoked, any person, firm, corporation or other entity that violates any provision of §§ 110.01 through 110.06 of this code may be fined. The minimum fine for a violation is $50 and the maximum fine for each violation is $1,500. Failure to comply with any provision of §§ 110.01 through 110.06 of this code constitutes a separate offense. Every day any violation continues is also considered a separate offense.
   (C)   An individual, firm or entity that violates a provision of §§ 110.20 through 110.28 of this code, including but not limited to performing electrical work within the city after the effective date of this chapter without first obtaining a license; enabling a person, firm or corporation to evade the licensing requirements of §§ 110.20 through 110.28 of this code; or performing electrical work within the city after failing to renew his, her or their license in a timely manner, shall be subject to fines that are effective immediately upon discovery by the Building Commissioner, provided that proper notice of such violations is provided in accordance with § 110.20 through 110.28 of this code. The minimum fine for any violation of licensing requirements shall be $25, with the maximum fine for such violation being $1,500.
