§ 110.22 QUALIFICATIONS AND FEES.
   (A)   Qualifications of applicants. In order to receive a license, applicants shall meet the following requirements.
      (1)   The applicant has passed the master electric exam administered by the ICC Code Council (hereinafter the “licensing exam”) and provides proof of his or her passing test score (this requirement may be waived if the applicant provides proof of certification from an institution of higher learning in the field of electrical wiring and component installation, or that the applicant has a current license for performing electrical work from the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, City of New Albany, Indiana, Town of Clarksville, Indiana, Town of Sellersburg, Indiana or the City of Louisville, Kentucky).
      (2)   The applicant provides proof of a valid and current driver’s license or state-issued identification card.
      (3)   The applicant provides proof of liability insurance in the amount of at least $100,000.
   (B)   License fees. The license shall cost $75 for the first year, with a renewal fee of $50 that is payable before July 1 following the year in which the license was issued.
