(A) City parks shall be open daily between the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
(B) Person(s) 17 years or younger who are in city parks must be accompanied by an adult above the age of 18 years in the hours between dusk to dawn that parks are opened.
(C) No overnight stays are allowed in city parks, except upon permission and permit from the Director of the city’s Parks and Recreation Department.
