For the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this subchapter, the Board of Public Works or its designees may, upon having probable cause to believe a violation of this subchapter is or may be occurring, enter in and upon any premises within the city for purposes of an inspection for mosquito control or to effect eradication of mosquitoes.
