§ 52.025 MASS LIMITS.
   The Board may impose mass limitations in addition to, or in place of, any local limit established by this chapter. The mass limits shall not allow any industrial user to discharge metals in excess of the maximum allowable headworks loading (MAHL) of the POTW or conventional pollutants, which will exceed the POTW’s designed capacity. Furthermore, the mass limit shall not be less stringent than federal or state requirements.
