Modifications to the text of the international existing structures code, 2009, are as follows:
Section 101.1 Insert city of Charleston for (name of jurisdiction).
Section 113.4 Violation Penalties is hereby deleted and the following inserted in lieu thereof:
Section 113.4 Violation Penalties: Any person, firm or corporation, who shall violate any provision of this code, shall, upon conviction thereof be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) at the discretion of the court. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been given, in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense.
Section 1201.2 Insert January 1, 1985 for date.
