8-3-1-3: TESTING OF NEW SANITARY SEWER:

The developer shall perform pressure testing, mandrel testing, and videoing of the sanitary sewer mains after construction and before City acceptance of the mains. City personnel shall witness all testing. (Ord. 09-O-37, 4-21-2009)
