7-4-4: SWIMMING, BATHING AND WADING:
   A.   Swimming and wading shall be permitted in the reservoir only in buoyed areas officially designated by the City as swimming areas. Swimming and wading shall be lawful only when a lifeguard, hired by the City, is on duty at the swimming area.
   B.   It shall be unlawful to walk, wade, slide or to sit on the spillway of the dam.
   C.   No person having any communicable disease or skin infection shall swim, bathe or wade in the reservoir.
   D.   All persons using the reservoir for swimming, bathing or wading purposes shall use the same so as not to create any unsanitary condition in or about the reservoir, and so as not to pollute the waters thereof, or make such waters unwholesome or unfit for water supply purposes or injurious to the aquatic life thereof.
   E.   The City shall, at all times, have the power and authority to prohibit swimming, bathing or wading in the waters of the reservoir for the purpose of preventing any pollution of, or other injury to, the reservoir or to suppress or prevent disease or other damage to public health or human life.
