7-3-2: LIBRARY OFFICERS:
The officers of said library shall be nine (9) directors to be appointed by the mayor, by and with the advice and consent of the city council. The directors shall serve three (3) year staggered terms and have such powers and duties as provided by statute. (Ch. 56 R.O. 1902; amd. 1991 Code; Ord. 96-O-64, 12-17-1996, eff. 5-6-1997)
