Motor vehicles may travel on designated public roadways only in any property owned by the city and/or used as a municipal park. Off road travel and use of park trails or other grounds by motorcycles, four (4) wheel drive vehicles or other types of motorized vehicles, other than by authorized personnel, is prohibited.
