Bicycles and persons riding them shall be subject to all applicable traffic laws of the City and the State, including particularly:
A. Reasonable speed;
B. Proper parking;
C. Observing of stop signs;
D. Obeying traffic signals, police officers and school patrols;
E. Driving on the right side of the street;
F. Giving proper hand signals; and
G. Not driving recklessly nor weaving in and out of traffic. (Ord. 63-O-25, 11-27-1963)
