6-2-12: LOADING ZONES:
During the times specified herein, it shall be unlawful for the driver of a vehicle to stand a passenger vehicle for a period of time longer than is necessary for the loading and unloading of passengers, not to exceed three (3) minutes, and for the driver to stand any freight carrying vehicle for a period of time longer than is necessary to load, unload and deliver materials, not to exceed thirty (30) minutes, in any of the following places:
   A.   In any public alley, during any hour of the day or night.
   B.   At any place not to exceed seventy five feet (75') along the curb before the entrance to any hospital or hotel at any time.
   C.   At any place not to exceed seventy five feet (75') along the curb before the entrance to a public building between eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) P.M., except on Sundays. (Ord. 61-O-4, 2-8-1961)
   D.   Directly in front of the entrance to any theater from five o'clock (5:00) P.M. to eleven fifty nine o'clock (11:59) P.M., Monday through Friday and from one minute after twelve o'clock (12:01) P.M., until eleven fifty nine o'clock (11:59) P.M., on Saturday and Sunday.
