6-1-6: TOY VEHICLES:

A. It shall be unlawful for any person upon skates, a coaster, sled or other toy vehicle to go upon any roadway other than within a crosswalk. (Ord. 61-O-4, 2-8-1961)

B. It shall be unlawful for any person upon skates, a coaster, sled or other toy vehicle to go upon any public sidewalk in front of any place of business or in front of any public building. (Ord. 96-O-36, 8-6-1996)
