6-1-5: CLINGING TO VEHICLES:
It shall be unlawful for any person on any street riding a bicycle, motorcycle or any toy vehicle to cling to or to attach himself or his vehicle to any moving motor vehicle or wagon. (Ord. 61-O-4, 2-8-1961)
