A. Closed Streets: It shall be unlawful to drive any vehicle, other than an emergency vehicle on duty, upon any street or portion thereof which is closed to traffic and so marked by signs, barricades or otherwise. (Ord. 61-O-5, 2-18-1961)
B. Local Delivery Only: It shall be unlawful to operate any semitrucks, trucks or any vehicle of the second division over or upon any streets which are properly marked "No Trucks, Local Service Vehicles Only". (Ord. 79-O-66; amd. Ord. 80-O-54, 10-21-1980)
