For the purpose of regulating and controlling traffic on city streets, there is hereby adopted, by reference, the provisions of the Illinois vehicle code, 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes, and all amendments from time to time made therein. (1991 Code; amd. Ord. 07-O-44, 8-7-2007)
