A. It shall be unlawful for two (2) or more persons to assemble together for the purpose of disturbing the peace or for the purpose of committing an unlawful act and not to disperse upon the command of an officer so to do.
B. It shall be unlawful for any person to collect within the City a crowd of people to the annoyance of the citizens thereof or to the annoyance or injury of the public. (1964 Code)
