A. License And Compliance Required: It shall be unlawful for any person to own, possess or harbor a domestic animal without first having obtained a license therefor in compliance with the ordinances made and providing for same by the county. (Ord. 75-O-10, 2-4-1975; amd. Ord. 94-O-42, 9-6-1994)
B. Tag: Every domestic animal over the age of six (6) months, whether kennel licensed or individually licensed, and if individually licensed, whether on or off the owner's premises, shall at all times wear a substantial, durable collar, to which shall be attached securely, the license tag required; further, said tag shall not be used on the collar of any other domestic animal than the one for which it is issued; and further, no person shall remove the collar or tag, or both, from any domestic animal without the consent of the person to whom the license is issued.
