4-2-9: VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES:
   A.   Citation: Any violation of this chapter will, unless otherwise specified, result in the issuance of a complaint or citation for an ordinance violation by a police officer, the fire chief or his designee, or the building official or his designee.
   B.   Penalty: Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor greater than five hundred dollars ($500.00). A separate offense may be deemed committed on each day during or on which violation occurs or continues.
   C.   Temporary Restraining Order: In any action or proceedings brought pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, the circuit court shall have the power and, in its discretion, may issue a temporary restraining order or a temporary injunction, as well as a permanent injunction, upon such terms and under such conditions as will do justice and enforce the provisions of this chapter.
   D.   Other Remedies: In addition to the foregoing, the city shall have such other powers to abate nuisances as may be provided by law. (Ord. 93-O-38, 7-20-1993)
