A. Bodies Of Water: It is unlawful to dump or empty garbage, rubbish or refuse of any kind, or the washings from any tank, truck, car or building, into any running stream, swamp or pool or stagnant water within the city limits. (Ord. 66-O-17, 7-13-1966)
B. Vacant Lots; Public Property:
1. The depositing of any garbage, rubbish, landscape waste, combustible material or junk on any vacant lot within the city limits is unlawful.
2. The dumping or spreading of any garbage, rubbish, landscape waste, combustible material or junk on any street, parkway, public right of way or other publicly owned property is unlawful. (Ord. 11-O-47, 10-18-2011)
