3-12-8: EXEMPT FROM REGULATION:
The fireworks display permits issued by the Fire Chief, pursuant to subsection 1-8B-7A17 of this Code, and the Assistant Fire Chief, pursuant to subsection 1-8B-8A29 of this Code, are excluded from regulation of this chapter. (Ord. 19-O-10, 4-2-2019)
