It shall be unlawful to purchase, sell, transfer, give or offer for sale at retail "bulk alcoholic liquor", as defined in section 3-3-1 of this chapter, after the hour of ten thirty o'clock (10:30) P.M. on any day. There shall be imposed for a violation of this section a minimum fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 93-O-40, 9-7-1993)
