3-3-9: TERM OF LICENSE; EXPIRATION; RENEWALS:
   A.   Term: A license shall be purely personal privilege, good for not to exceed one year after issuance unless sooner revoked.
   B.   Expiration Of License: If such license expires, the holder must reapply for a new license as provided by this chapter. A license shall expire according to its terms and shall also expire if the operation of the licensed establishment is not uninterrupted and continuous as defined in section 3-3-1 of this chapter.
   C.   Renewal Of License: Any license holder may renew his license at the expiration thereof, provided he is then qualified to receive a license and the premises for which renewal license is sought is suitable for such use. All applications for the renewal of a license shall be made in writing to the Mayor not later than December 15 of each year. If the information and statements contained in the original application have not changed, in lieu of an application for renewal, a licensee may file with the Mayor not later than December 16 of each year, an affidavit stating that such facts and statements have not changed. Notwithstanding any other provision of this subsection, the Liquor Commissioner may ask for additional information from any applicant seeking renewal. (Ord. 15-O-4, 1-20-2015)
