The Emergency Services and Disaster Agency created by the City to prevent, minimize, repair and alleviate injury or damage resulting from a natural or manmade disaster, major emergencies, enemy attack, sabotage or other hostile action in accordance with the "Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act" 1 is no longer established. The City does not maintain its own emergency services and disaster agency. (Ord. 18-O-24, 8-7-2018)
