1155.39 PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES.

The Planning Commission may require a performance guarantee of the developer and the applicant, to guarantee the installation of parking areas and loading areas required by, or approved under, any Municipal regulations. The performance guarantee shall be in accordance with Section 1151.91 (Performance Guarantee).
