All work within the scope of these regulations shall be subject to inspection by the Municipality as necessary before, during and after construction, for determination of any existing drainage problem and for determination of conformance with the approved plans, specifications, and applicable Municipal requirements. The work and materials shall be subject to testing by the Municipality, as may be appropriate in accordance with accepted engineering practice, for determination of conformance with the specifications and applicable engineering standards. The cost of such inspections and testing shall be paid by the developer in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 1125 (Planning and Zoning Fees) of the Land Planning and Development Regulations.
