1153.40 EARTH TERRACES; RETAINING WALLS.
   The slopes of earth terraces shall not exceed a ratio of 2-½ to l. If a retaining wall exceeds 3 feet in height, a hedge, fence or railing shall be provided along the higher side thereof.
